Confidence in 2 action
Confidence doesn’t always arrive with a bold entrance. Sometimes, it builds quietly, step by step, as we show up for ourselves day after day. It grows when we choose to try, even when we’re unsure of the outcome. Every time you take action despite the self-doubt or outside opinions, you reinforce the belief that you’re capable. Confidence isn’t about having all the answers Sway— it’s about trusting that you can figure it out along the way. The key to making things happen isn’t waiting for the perfect moment; it’s starting with what you have, where you are and giving your best effort. Big goals can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once, but your momentum builds through small, consistent action. Whether you’re working toward a personal milestone or a professional dream, progress comes from showing up as you are— not perfectly, but persistently. Action creates clarity and over time, those small steps forward will add up. Then you will discover something real. You don’t need to be fearless to reach your goals, you just need to be willing. Fear is your friend. Fear is that friend that challenges you to take action. Fear is not your enemy here. As long as you are willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you’re capable of more than you know fear will eventually show up right before you take action. The infamous phrase “The only thing you should fear in life is fear itself” should be reiterated. The road may not always be smooth, because growth rarely is. Growing pains bring new gains. So do not feel discouraged if things feel rocky as you take action day by day. Stay the course.
What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself that you’re becoming through ACTION
Make Room 4 Growth
How do you feel about change? Does it make you feel uncomfortable, uneasy or uncertain? There is no way to achieve growth without implementing changes. Some people change for the better while others aren’t changing at all. People can change for the better or worse. Change doesn’t necessarily mean growth. What does Growth mean to you? Growth is defined as an increase. There are different forms of growth that can apply to various factors. In order to grow, you need the proper space to develop otherwise your growth will be limited. You cannot grow in an environment that cannot contain the magnitude of your size. I will give you an example that resonates with my childhood. For those who do not know the story of Clifford The Big Red Dog I will explain the concept of this children’s show. Clifford was the smallest puppy out of the litter. When he was adopted by Emily, she gave him so much love that he grew bigger than all the dogs. This caused Emily and her family to move into a bigger home so Clifford could be comfortable. Regardless of how big Clifford was, he never used his size to make people feel small. In fact, he used his size to help his dog friends that were smaller than him.
Clifford grew up to become a huge dog that was loving, loyal and always willing to help others.
Clifford may not have known he would become the biggest dog ever. Emily and her family moved him to an Island. When they arrived, everyone was happy to see him. The community of people living on the Island greeted the family and Clifford with open arms. A new life for Clifford, Emily and her family began. Clifford made new friends in his new environment and people embraced his growth instead of being scared or intimidated. None of this would have been possible if Emily and her family did not move Clifford out of the apartment and into a new location all because of his growth. Instead of being afraid of how big he got, the family embraced the new size of the dog who was once the smallest puppy in the litter. This reference can teach you the reason why making room for growth is necessary but also a reminder that growth does not mean grievance. We should welcome growth in all forms because that is an example of changing for the better. How else can we measure our growth? Take your time to make room for the changes in your life that is going to allow you to grow. Just like Clifford, no one can determine how big you will get. With the right love and support, you can grow out of things just like Clifford did in that apartment. Do not be afraid of changes that arise because of your growth. Embrace it now and later you will be relieved that you prepared yourself beforehand
